JUNIOR EXTENSION COURSE

Ages of students: 6-7 year olds
Qualifications: Graduate of the Yamaha Junior Music Course
Course length: 2 years
Class schedule: One class per week
Private Lessons: Optional

Building on the skills and musicality developed in the Junior Music Course, and capitalizing on the physical, mental and emotional development of 6-7 year olds, the Junior Extension Course will:

	Build keyboard technique and music reading skills.
	Nurture musical sensitivity so that it becomes an integral part of your child's performance.
	Encourage self-expression by providing opportunities for musical creativity.
	Provide an enjoyable and stimulating musical environment.
